Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, defended the move, saying, “The glitch wasn’t a bug; it was a feature! We’re testing resilience, not just academics.”
Candidates now face questions like, “What is the capital of Nigeria?” with options: A) Lagos, B) Abuja, C) Fuel Subsidy, and D) Elon Musk’s X. Power outages during the exams have been gamified into a “Survive the Blackout” round, where students write essays by candlelight. Nigerians on X are outraged, with #JAMBJamboree trending, but Oloyede insists, “This is better than Big Brother Naija. At least our winners get a degree!
